Working with children through young adults is my true passion. I provide psychotherapy for kids, tweens, teens, young adults, and their families. I utilize talk therapy as well as various expressive techniques (including art, writing, and play).
Life can be really tough! But I believe that every individual has great value and deserves a helping hand when facing obstacles. A therapeutic relationship built on acceptance and trust is key to moving forward.
Through warmth, humor, empathy, and compassion, I will help you explore, understand, and transform areas in your life that seem to be causing you distress. I provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where you are free to fully express yourself.
I will also provide you with tools that you can use to further your personal growth both in and out of the therapy session.
